Experience:

Thomas H. Casey has vast experience in Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 cases including his fiduciary services as a bankruptcy trustee and Court appointed receiver. Commencing with his position as a Staff Attorney for the Office of the U.S. Trustee, he has more than 35 years of experience as an attorney, bankruptcy trustee and court appointed receiver. Thomas H. Casey has lectured numerous times for the Orange County Bankruptcy Forum and the Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Section of the Orange County Bar Association. He has been a Panel Bankruptcy Trustee in the Santa Ana Division, Central District of California, from 1993 to the present and has been awarded the highest AV rating by Martindale- Hubbell.

Education:

Mr. Casey received his Bachelor of Arts from Fairfield University in 1982, and his Juris Doctorate from New England School of Law. He was admitted to the Massachusetts bar in 1986, and was admitted to the California bar, the United States District Court, Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit, in 1988.
