Thomas H. Casey

Education:
Mr. Casey received his Bachelor of Arts from Fairfield University in 1982, and his Juris Doctorate from New England School of Law. He was admitted to the Massachusetts bar in 1986, and was admitted to the California bar, the United States District Court, Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit, in 1988.

Experience:
Mr. Casey has practiced insolvency litigation since 1986. He is a former staff attorney for the Office of the U.S. Trustee. He has been a Panel Bankruptcy Trustee in the Santa Ana Division, Central District of California, from 1993 to the present.
